Considering I’ve taken a total of one yoga class and zero Pilates classes in my life, it should come as no surprise that I had no idea what a PiYo class would be like. Considering I’d never even heard of this cross between yoga and Pilates until 3 days ago, it should be obvious I had no clue what I was signing up for.
The class was okay. We missed most of the 5 minute warmup because of a late escape from a baby shower, but I don’t think we missed much.
If you’re judging by how much I sweat, the class was a success. I’m not sure what else you are supposed to judge a fitness class by, so let’s just call it that.
