#948: Swim before work

There is a school of thought–I’m not sure I subscribe to it–that says exercising in the morning is a good practice. It sets a precedent for your day and inspires you to make better choices throughout it.

While I’m skeptical about all of that, I have often thought about how nice it would be to swim before work. Since it’s the only thing I’ve yet to discover that clears my head and calms me down, creating this effect in the morning, before work pressures have stressed me out or exhausted me, seems to make sense.

#888: Show rage at work

I’m an emotional person.

But up until now, the emotions I’ve actively displayed in the office have managed to stay in the range of crying to extreme frustration.

#705: Accidentally “reply all”

For years–as many as I’ve been working in an office–I’ve wondered how someone can do this.  How do you accidentally respond to an email meant only for one person to many more people?

They’re 2 completely different buttons!!!

#626: Put something in the mystery surprise drawer

A few weeks ago, the receptionist at work sent this email to the entire office:

Please do not leave thumb tacks in the mystery surprise drawer! If it was meant as a joke, it’s not funny.

It’s in the running for the funniest email I’ve ever received.
